Biography

Gregory S. Smith is a Juris Doctor, Boyd School of Law, University of Nevada, Las Vegas, 2003, and is a Licensed Attorney with the State Bar of Nevada. Mr. Smith is a Member of the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Council (SNEPC). He has a B.S. in Accountancy and a Masters of Accountancy (Taxation) both from Brigham Young University, 1993. Mr. Smith is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in California. He is a member of the California Society of CPA’s and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Mr. Smith’s practice includes estate, gift, and income tax planning. Mr. Smith also has extensive corporate, LLC, and partnership experience in mergers and acquisitions and business structuring. Probate and Asset Protection including Prenuptial Agreements are also areas of legal expertise. Prior to practicing as an Attorney, Mr. Smith was employed by the Accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche, in Los Angeles, CA and Las Vegas, NV, serving as a Tax Senior Manager through 2003.
